Just Hear Those Sleigh Bells Jingle-ing, Ring-ting Tingle-ing, Too!

Come on, it’s lovely weather for a sleigh ride together with you.

Outside the snow is falling and friends are calling “yoo hoo”

Come on, its lovely weather for a Christmas Luncheon with you!

That wonderful time of year is slowly approaching once again and the AVA and EDWCA are preparing for their 7th Annual Christmas Luncheon on 7th December at Merchant Taylors’ Hall, a grand, 14th century guild hall, in London.

Previous years’ luncheons have seen AVA and EDWCA members gather together for a festive three course lunch, plenty of wine and a great networking opportunity.  As usual, the event begins with a Members’ Meeting before an elegant drinks reception.  The guests will then move into the Great Hall where they will be entertained as they feast on a sumptuous menu.  After lunch, the guests will be able to move on to an after-party at the nearby Forge bar where the drinks and networking will continue.

During the meal, there will also be a raffle where the AVA and EDWCA would like to raise as much money as possible for two charities: Mind, a mental health charity; and Change People, who help people with learning disabilities enter the world of work.

Jonathan Hart, Chief Executive commented:

“I’m delighted that we are hosting another Christmas Luncheon for our members and the members of the EDWCA. It provides a great atmosphere for networking, to celebrate 2017 and look forward to the year ahead. It’s a tremendous opportunity for members to let down their hair. I am particularly looking forward to the new venue and raising lots of money for two very worthy causes.  As with previous years, demand will be high for this festive, must attend function so to avoid disappointment, book early.”

There are still some tickets and sponsorship opportunities available for AVA and EDWCA members so for more information, please contact Katy Katy.Packer@the-ava.com or Anna Anna.Mason@the-ava.com.  Alternatively you can ring them on 01494 568963.
